How can I buy amazon gift card to use up prepaid card when amazon banned me for using prepaid

Also open to other ways to use up and recoup the leftovers from these cards which I hadn't thought of.

I made a new amazon account since I read the trick about draining leftover bits on prepaid cards by buying to the sum left on the card.

I made the order and there was a delay then after a few hours I received an email stating that I had been banned from amazon because the card didnt match the address on the amazon account. Well duh it was a prepaid card. They also said don't try and sign up again.

I hadnt registered the card to an address (didnt read that advice till after I was banned). So now I'm blown out of amazon where else can I buy gift cards in small increments?

I have seen a few sites online but most are american and they ask for an american address only so again I am locked out of those since I'm not in the states and it seems the address info needs to be exact or you are booted.

Options?

Other things Ive seen you lose alot on the exchange.

Ive purchased physical items no prob with these cards (that's why I buy em to use online when I prefer not to give my main account details) so I don't know why so much trouble getting gift cards. I don't know any precise items I want now though for specific price and I have 2 cards with leftovers. I want to have a way to buy a card of say $50 then buy the item I want and put the rest on the gift card because you can't pay for things in increments with those cards but you can with gift cards.
