High AMH (PCOS) and response to clomid/femara

So I'm starting my second cycle after changing practices and taking a few months off. My nurse just called to give me my instructions for femara and she mentioned I may not respond because my AMH is so high (23). I never even heard of these two being linked until now. My last cycle I did clomid and did ovulate, but lining was thin. Anyone have any experience with this?
