Cant Get Into Bios

I am trying to update my bios but every time I try to get into the bios my computer restarts. The reason I am trying to update is because I am getting 100% CPU usage and 30 fps on 1080p with med settings in BF1.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

I recently(2 weeks ago) tried to overclock my CPU. After trying this I get stuck in a perpetual restart loop. I reset the battery on the MB which I believe reset all the BIOs settings. I think the reason BF1 is preforming so bad is because the BIOs might not have reset to default settings.
