What's your preferred strength for a product?

Poking around EP and this sub, 8 times out of 10 people are raving about Music or Misery, Black Ship, Goon Grease, NG Super, Big Slick Heavy, O'Doud's Matte Paste.

All of these are heavy or firm holds, man. I genuinely used to wonder why home brewers bothered with lighter holds. Once I found my style, however, I appreciate all the lights and mediums and Hair Groom and creams home brewers have to offer.

My favorite hold is medium, followed by light (though lights are starting to creep up on mediums). They feel really clean in my hair, easy to manage, and I don't get many flyaways compared to waxier, heavier pomades. What about y'all? Are you a heavy holding guy/gal for crazy crazy volume and shape, or are you something a little lighter?
