[Question] Ibanez Edge 2 won't stay in tune

I have a Ibanez JS100 with a Edge Pro 2 that doesn't want to stay in tune anymore.

Everytime I dive the bridge the strings stay flat about a quarter tone, same if I raise the pitch, it stays about a quarter tone sharp. I restrung the guitar thinking perhaps it was old strings but I am still having this issue. The bridge appears to be level.

I don't know enough about guitars to know if maybe the knife edges are worn and need to be reshapened, the posts are worn, the springs are just too old or if it's the nut pads.

Any help would be appreciated.
