Terrible schedule problems??

My state/district used to make AP pysch one 1 semester. This year however, my school found a loophole and finally made pysch 1 year, but the first semester is labeled as a PreAP class and the 2nd semester is labeled as an AP class. Our teacher told us that we're the only ones that do this while the rest of the nation has AP pysch all year long.

My current schedule also includes a late arrival and study hall since I'm doing Off Campus PE. I also took AP Gov and Eco over the summer.

AP Lit

PreAP Pysch

AP Chem

AP Calc AB

Debate 3.

But I don't have to take the debate class this year to stay on the team so I really want to take either AP Euro, CS3(a 5.0), or AP Art History. Sad thing is that they're all full and there's a sizeable amount of people like me who still want them so my chances are bleak. The only other AP or 5.0 classes are AP Physics 2 and APES. I hate physics with a passion and I don't think I can handle getting an A considering the teachers well known ineptitude and college apps. APES is notorious in my school because of the teacher and most of my friends are already dropping the class on the 2nd day. The other option is to take a bullshit 4.0 class like anatomy or earth space science but I'm not sure if just getting another study hall is better than automatically lowering my GPA.

A few questions:

  1. Will the colleges notice the PreAP Pysch? I'm worried they'll think I'm taking the easy route and not taking the AP but I will though 2nd semester.

  2. Not taking another AP class I want will mean that my senior year courseload will be lighter than my junior year of 5 APs, PreAP PreCal and Debate. Is my schedule rigorous as it is right now? Will colleges think I'm slacking? Or will they not since I took AP Eco and Gov over the summer?

  3. Given my bleak situation, what would you recommend? Sucking it up and suffering through APES, taking an easy 4.0 misc course, or taking another study hall on top of my 1 semester study hall(2nd semester is health), and a late arrival. Normally, a social studies would take up this empty slot but since I already did it, I'm not sure at all what to do.

Sorry if this is a bit long. Thanks!
