Personal Rankings & Data

We obviously all conduct our own analysis every year, but I'm wondering how deep into the scruff everyone goes?

I've played fantasy since the late 90's, so personal analysis is enjoyable to me. This year I've consolidated Yahoo! and ESPN PPR rankings with ESPN insider TD adjustments and Defensive Matchups to help me figure out an optimal draft strategy. I have it all built into an Excel workbook. Has anyone done anything similar? Care to share your findings?
