STR Nuke Goku Vs AGI Nuke Goku

Is it worth using 9 Kai medals to raise Great BrillianceGoku SA or just use the dupes on Monumental Dreams Goku?

EDIT: Talking about the free Goku's they gave out, If i should turn them UR so they have a 100% chance of raising Goku SA instead of 50% as an SSR as is.
