How to adjust dosages before I get blood tested?

I'm planning to start self medicating and then get blood test. I'm 16 years so currently I have in my home 100mg Spironolactone and 2mg Estradiol valerate and I don't know how much of Spironolactone should I take I'm sure that I'll need 2mg estradiol but antiandrogen is the problem and I'm not planning to lose 120$ for blood test without first being on estradiol and antiandrogen I can get blood test in November but I want to start with HRT? What would you recommend?
