Will Wellbutrin affect diagnosis of ADD?

At the start of the summer I went to a doctor for depression and she prescribed me Wellbutrin, but told me that she suspected the depression was a result of being overwhelmed by ADD symptoms.

I took Wellbutrin for a month, but started to realize how likely the ADD diagnosis could be. When I went back for a checkup she referred me to a psychiatrist for ADD testing. I've now been on Wellbutrin for two months and when my appointment starts, it will have been four months.

I've noticed I'm actually doing things once and a while that I've been nagged to do for months, shocking my family. If more helpful changes occur, will this mess up my diagnosis when I finally see the psychiatrist?
