I started having panic attacks every evening (just want to vent for a bit)

Venting

I am an 18 year old boy.I have a brother who is an university student so when he goes out to do his studies I am left alone with my parents my grandma and my dog. I go to internet school, because I couldn't finish 11th grade. I would always feel extreme anxiety and frusturation in school because I had bad experiences with other kids. I stopped going to class and my parents were mad at me because they thought i was not going just because I am lazy (i don't blame them for thinking this because I was always a very lazy person and I did not care about my grades and homework). They took me to a therapist and I was diagnosed with deppression, but I thought that it was fault diagnosis since I really did not enjoy talking about my feelings. But I was sad all the time, and I was like this for a few years. I managed to beat it. I am positive that I am not depressed because I can't remember the last time I was sad.

But right now the most common negative emotion i experience is anger. I get irritable very easily, usually from loud noises, especially when a person is talking very loudly which is very common in my parents. My dad is always drunk and he just babbles about unmeaningful things and he just never shuts up so I decided it's best not to talk to him but i am very tired of listening to his shit. My mom is the only person who always helped me when I needed it but she also does things I don't like, Like leaving all kinds of papers on the kitchen table or yelling at the dog when he won't obey her. When I am alone at the house with the dog, I don't have any problems with him. If he jumps on the table I tell him to get off or if he takes something I tell him to drop it and he does. But my mom thinks the best option to make the dog obey her is to yell his name very loudly a dozen times and it got really annoying. I tried to explain to her that she has to be specific with him but she started blaming me, telling me that I don't train him so I started shouting very very loudly and I went to my room.

I was very angry and then all of a sudden I felt an extreme sense of fear and my whole body felt numb. I had a panic attack. I did not know what to do so I went for a walk. When I came back home I was calmer but I still felt anxiety. Right know I get short panic attacks almost every evening even though in reality everything is fine. I learned how to calm myself so the main strike of the panic attack won't last for longer than 2 minnutes. But I still get the aftermath, I feel tense and stressed out and I still have a bit of anxiety for an hour or so.

I try not to think of those panic attacks as of a serious problem because I don't want to make things worse. I don't fear future panic attacks and I try not to over-complicate things. If you have anything you want to talk about, feel free, I would love to see your experiences
