Issue with L3+

Has anyone had this experience? Brand new L3+; literally just got it yesterday. First boot up was fine and it had already started mining with the preset pool settings. I changed everything to a different pool and applied settings. I told it to reboot and upon the next startup I cannot get into the Linux GUI. When I enter in the miner's IP all I am getting is the Netgear Switch login page. Its almost like the OS is booting at all. I tried doing the hardware reset but now when it comes back on, I'm getting the flashing red light for Fault. However, I can get that to go away and get the green status light to flash, but I'm still getting the Netgear login page. Any ideas?
