Has anyone performed any significant analysis on Health Care Chain (HCC)? I just saw it today and am intrigued by the "apparent" interest.

I came across Health Care Chain (HCC) on CoinMarketCap and, when I looked at the exchanges it is listed on, Jubi shows that it is #1 in volume (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/jubi/). It's hard for me to really get any good information about it as the development is out of china. However, in the past 24 hours, nearly $38 million has flowed into it. Most importantly, I cannot determine actual market cap because I cannot find out how many of these are out there. Can anyone shed any light on this product?
