antidepressant

Is there any specific drug or medication you might be able to recommend for symptoms of past adderall abuse. I have tried zoloft up to 112.5 mg and currently on paxil 20 mg. The Zoloft 112.5 mg was okay but i felt a mild hypomania when getting excited. That being said it's hard to find any kind of pleasure or reward anymore ?
