They've repeatedly said that hate speech isn't free speech. THAT IS WRONG. The current supreme court reaffirmed UNANIMOUSLY that there is legally no provision for hate speech in free speech. It's all protected.

They are currently trying to say that carrying a Nazi flag is incitement. THAT IS WRONG. The Swastika is protected, even when carrying the flag through a Jewish neighborhood. ##Smith v Collin.

This means ANTIFA are literally violating the first amendment with their words.
