Help w/ national focus modding.

I'm currently working on a pretty large-scale alternate history mod for Hoi4. At this point I'm pretty familiar with modding in general, but there's this one error that I've been trying to fix for days with no success. It seems to be a problem with the focus tree I've started for Bulgaria, which is not there for the other seven focus trees I've already started work on. Above is the exact code that is in the Bulgaria focus tree currently, and below is the error message I've been getting. The focus tree .txt is in the correct directory and I have already created the icon. If anyone has a solution it'd be much appreciated. Pic in comments.
