2 Different Black/Red Models?

So I ordered this NZXT S340 Elite Red/Black from Jet.com. However, when it arrived, it was a red/black S340 Elite, but the reds and blacks weren't in the right places. Here is an album showing the differences between mine and what is posted online. I talked to Jet, and they said that I'm right, and they'll let me exchange it, but they don't have an exchange policy set up yet, so they want me to just return it, get my money back, and buy another one. But since the one they gave me isn't even listed anywhere else online, I'm worried they don't realize the mistake and they'll just send me another "Black and Red S340 Elite" and give me the same one as the one I already got. So I reached out to NZXT Support to see if they could help me. They asked for my Jet invoice and order number, but after 2 days, I haven't heard back. Can somebody over here give me advice on what to do now, or explain what even happened in the first place? Thanks so much.
