LF Help With Game Data Sharing

So I've been playing a game (Dungeon Defense) on my Nvidia Shield K1 and I really want to play it on my Galaxy S6 now. Of course, I want to transfer my data but Im not sure how to do that. I tried using the game's cloud function, but after saving the data to the cloud from my Shield, there was nothing to load from my phone. I'm fairly certain that I was sigbed into the same Googleplay account.
