KingForge Shipping Change

I asked for my address to be changed because of the extended delays on my order, heard back, and sent the new information. I never got a confirmation it was change and my status has been listed as shipped for a week, however I still have no ID and I no longer have the PO box I ordered to. Did anybody else get this and will you confirm my address was changed u/KingForgeCS?
