Is it morally permissible to mock the socially inept?

I frequent subs like r/iamverysmart, and r/cringepics etc, but lately, making fun of people who lack social skills just feels wrong somehow.

That said, I do not have a well-developed enough moral philosophy to know what to make of my newly acquired intuitions, so here I am.
