[nYNAB] Are any of you that have an account with Lake Michigan Credit Union having trouble syncing since they updated their online banking?

I have not been able to sync my LMCU accounts since they rolled out their new online banking. It asks me how I would like my authentication code sent, but never gives me the option to enter it in. Is anyone else having this issue? How did you fix it?
