Posted something like this before but take another look

Last I posted that my laptop crashed and I didn't login for a long time and when I did we won the game but I lost tp but this time my game crashed mid game and by the time I logged in the game finished and I still lost tp. So do I loose tp everytime if not there to finish the whole game?
