[MAIN SPOILERS] An interesting conversation in ACOC about ICE DRAGONS!

When Bran asked Osha which way is it north to the wall and past, she says "the way's easy follow the ice dragon and chase the blue star in the rider's eye."

I know that this is the way north not south past the wall but if we are to assume that the riders eye is part of the "ice dragon" constellation that could hint to the ice dragon having a rider maybe even the night king.
