I'm stuck with this video card. What is the best suitable processor for this?

AMD 3 1300, AMD 3 1200, or Intel i3 7100??

My budget would be around $500 USD for the CPU only (not including monitor and keyboards) lower if it could.

i would use my old pc's hard drive btw
