Pursuing a career in HR...

Hi! I'm a college student without an HR degree, wanting to pursue a career in HR. Instead, I have a Psychology and Chinese degree. I've got a little bit of experience in the HR department, but not very much. What can I do while I'm in college to better prepare for a job in HR in the future? What resources do you recommend? What kind of job can I expect to qualify for upon graduation?
