What is your experience Obscurum Pandemic mod?

Hi r/fnv, I've been on a quest to mod the ever living fuck out of New Vegas, and I recently stumbled across Obscurum Pandemic on ChestBreach's channel. It reminded me of DUST, which I played a long time ago, and even though it had its flaws, I still remember having fun despite not finishing it.

So my question is, before I torture my poor FNV install with this overhaul, what has been your overall experience with this mod? Is it fun? Is it a bit too over the top? Does it up the system requirements too much? And if you enjoyed the mod, which mods did you run alongside the overhaul that were compatible?

I'm aware that some of these questions might be answered to in the youtube channel I mentioned (Link for reference), but since the playthrough was done a considerable time ago, I'd like to get a more recent input on the mod.
