Problem setting Fido U2F with Google Account (Nano S)

I can't set my Ledger Nano S as a key for Google Account. Here's what I'm doing:

1. Going to Security Settings, 2 Step Authtication, Add New Key

2. Next step "Register your Security Key"

3. Connecting Ledger Nano S (using original cable, directly to computer), entering PIN

4. Going to Fido U2F on Ledger Nano S

5. There is "Confirm registration / Service Google prompt"

6. After confirming nothing happens on my computer, there's still "Register Your Security Key" popup.
