Nancy Pilosi: "The Constitution does not say that a person can yell 'WOLF' in a crowded theater". Ummmm, Nancy.... unless you also yell that the wolf is on fire, I think it's OK.
But then again, if there is a burning wolf running around in a theater, there may be bigger problems than just the legality of announcing the event.
