Could someone please help me out

bought a game on steam with BTC, had to scan the bar code, and payed. The transaction fee is between 3 and 4 euro. why is it no confirming my transaction? i've been waiting over an hour now.

Can i cancel the transaction and give a higher fee? if so, how?
