[TOMT] [MOVIE] Action/thriller from the 90's or early 2000.

So i saw this movie many years ago, and it pops into my mind every now and then but i cant remember what movie it was. All i remember is a scene where the main character dives in to a outhouse/toilet and crawls through the sewage and a quarry shootout. It's most likely from the 90's or early 2000. If someone knows this movie i will be forever grateful. Thanks in advance.
