Whats a good "strategy" for meeting more introverted women that don´t like to drink or party?

I´d like to find someone that shares my idea of a good time (like we all do), and my idea of a good time mostly involves books or walks in the forest or things of that nature. All of my friends met their SOs at bars/clubs or at a house party. I don´t particularly like going to parties, and I suspect the women I´m looking for don´t either. So what can I do proactively to increase my chance of finding someone like that?
