Silence!

So.. I currently have a Magicforce 68 with gat browns, and so it's by no means loud. But if I was to get an Anne Pro with reds, would it be a more silent solution for work? To be fair I want one of these anyway, but just want to make sure I'm getting the most silent option I can. Thanks!
