A bit of free management consultancy for MNHQ

Hello all, me again. Thought I'd follow up my thread on MN's business model with some thoughts on how things could be improved. None of it is rocket science. But then that's what makes this situation so frustrating - it's all so easily avoidable. (They know all of this already of course and are choosing not to listen to the many people who keep telling it to them, but there you go.)

I'm going to add my thoughts in several posts because I'm having trouble posting this thread and I suspect it may be because it's too long.

Anyone reading this, do please weigh in with tips of your own. I'm sure MNHQ will be very grateful ;-)
