Print only specific parts of URL

Hey!

Im trying to "fetch" informations from http://versions.teamspeak.com/ts3-client

But this document is looking really weird, it gives me output when using

echo $content=file_get_contents('http://versions.teamspeak.com/ts3-client');

like that:


 server„ó“3.0.10 stablešÍ¼3.0.19.4 betaú‘€¾3.1 alpha ô²¿3.1

I would like to have the HTML Parse to show the informations like this:

Server 3.0.10 Stable: 3.0.19.4 Beta: 3.1 Alpha: 3.1

Do you guys know what to do? :D
