Google Home doesn't tell me about weather and commute.

I got new Google Home because it didn't work suddenly. Anyway, my new Google Home doesn't tell me about weather and commute. It just say "Good morning". I tried to change setting but it doesn't even if setting is checked. Is there someone like me? Thank you.
