[S3E15] Any theory on the kids at the FBI office?

I haven't read any comments on the children of Douglas Jones and his wife Jane at the FBI office. Girl's slippers are bunnies and she is posing with her hands doing an inverted triangle. The boy with glasses is wearing striped pajamas and he resembles "the accountant" from the Farm. Any thoughts? Wilson!
