Ultra Power Saving Mode's removable apps are glitching out and will not add any new apps to the home page.

All that I am left with on the minimum screen is 3 apps on the bottom and the "+" sign on the last space. When I try to add another one to the last one, it allows me to pick the app but dos not transfer it to the home screen. Then when I press the "+" sign again it makes the previous app I chose disappear from the list of apps I can choose.
