Is a defensive team viable in arena?

I have been playing around with a tanky defense team in the arena for two seasons now and have yet to get a defense win. (YTiki, Lukas with Holy Vestments, Bonus Hero, and a S!Elise with WoM for surprising nuke). The idea of the team is to slow combat down with tanky units that can't be one-shotted super easily, but since I haven't gotten a defense win in a while it doesn't seem to be doing super well. Given the current game design and focus on OH/ORKO in the meta, is there a way to make a team like this that works ok? (Without 4 DC armors?) Thoughts and theorycrafting welcome.
