Django or Golang for a backend novice?

I want to start with some web dev. I'm fairly proficient in Python, but picked up Go a few days ago and it seems nice. It's also advertised as a web language and scales well. The question is, will I find jobs with Go as a backend technology? How much is Go used in the industry? Is Go even ready as a backend language? Or should I stick with Django just because I know the language and because it's really popular right now? Thanks
