The RYZEN compile bug does not affect newer ryzen chips

It turns out that ryzen cpu's manufactured after week 25 do not seem to have the compiler segmentation fault issue that were in the earlier models. So for anyone who was ruling out ryzen because they compile linux kernels you no longer need to:
