Checkout Counters at gamestop cluttered

Any Gamestop I have ever been in for the last 2 years have had not counter space and it seems to be getting worse at some. When I bring things in for trade I have to set like 5 games on the counter and anything else on the floor because of no counter space same thing happens when I buy things. Does Gamestop just not care about the counter space so people can actually buy things or sell things without having to feel like you're in a dirty store or being shown 6 different pre orders every time I go their. Anybody else experience this?
