Source of Amazing Smoky Smell Downtown?

For the past week or so, I've noticed a wonderful smoke smell, similar to that of Gaucho, downtown. It's in the Smithfield/Blvd of Allies/Grant area and I'm wondering if it's Or, the Whale inside the Distrikt Hotel, since their opening somewhat corresponds. Any ideas? Because I must eat whatever it is!
