Voice Changer

Hi, I've been playing Rec Room for a while now, and even though I'm actually 14 - I swear I sound like a 9 year old through the microphone. While its not a problem most of the time, it has cropped up a couple times, and on one occasion I've even gotten kicked for it. I am aware that in the settings, there is an option to change the pitch of your voice. I wanted to know how well this worked. Is it still clear, and easily understandable? What is the first thought that pops into your head when you hear someone using the voice changer? In my case, would you recommend I give it a go? Thanks.
