Question about Overwhelming Splendor

One of the rulings for Overwhelming Splendor reads: " If a creature enters the battlefield under enchanted player’s control, any “when [this creature] enters the battlefield” abilities of that creature won’t trigger. However, any “as [this creature] enters the battlefield” or “[this creature] enters the battlefield with” abilities will be applied."

My question is for cards like Ulamog The Ceaseless Hunger. He can exile 2 target permanent when he's cast. The wording is different so does his ability trigger?
