Why is the Beltline Goldfish mural being painted over?

In the tunnel near Monroe. One of the greatest pieces of outdoor art in Atlanta is no more. Couldn't get a pic, and hard for me to tell, but I think and hope it might be the same artist (Rising Red Lotus?) doing new work. But I really hate to lose the Goldfish. Anyone?
