[Event] Landmines impede progress - a global tender

Before the civil war Angola was the largest food exporter in Sub-Saharan Africa, and now it imports almost 85% of it's food. Landmines lacing the countryside are the biggest impediments to reclaiming land for large scale agriculture.

Angola invites nations, NGOs and businesses to tender for efficient solutions to the problem of detecting (and also removing) landmines.

The best solution presented to the Angolan government will be awarded the contract (with a fee to be discussed). The entity awarded the role will undoubtedly receive a favourable relationship with the Angolan government and it's oil exports.
