ambient 23c and all case fans under 50% (not all would go idle but i tested with GPU fans off as 0%), Recorded with "sound meter" on LG g4 at normal desk position 1m away from the tower.

MID tower Cooler Master Scout 2. 2 front intake fans, 1 bottom intake fan, 1 212x evo fan, and 1 exit back fan.

Vega 64 RPM (0% is 13%, but not affecting case fan dB) 0%-600, 30%-1470, 50%-2450, 75%-3600, 100%-4900

To be a blower card it's amazing how quiet it is in normal work loads and gaming, never exceeded 14dB, while my 280x reached 16dB. edit:(both in furmark)

Yes, Vega 64 CAN possibly reach 36dB.

Timespy - https://www.3dmark.com/spy/2260561 Firestrike- https://www.3dmark.com/fs/13428957 PubG - Ultra 2560x1440 60fps(could not get higher). BF1 - ultra 2560x1440 144fps with a few dips,DX11. Overwatch - EPIC 2460x1440 120fps no dips.

With radeon chill the games went down to 50-70fps when there were little to no movement and jumped to 110-144fps immediately
