ipv6 nd configuration part of ccnp?

I finished covering the ipv6 portion of the OCG, but did not see any configurations of:

(conf-if)#ipv6 nd prefix (ipv6) [valid] [preferred] (no-advertize)

But i did find it here: https://gns3vault.com/ipv6/ipv6-autoconfiguration/

Is configuring nd beyond the ccnp scope?
