Question to people whos had their guest account transferred to their main acct

Well, I was recently getting my guest acct transferred after all those verifying and sht and com2us only replying once a day(-_-) then when I was all good, dude said his gonna pass it to the superiors to get my acct transferred. should wait around 24 Hours.

I checked about 4 hours later and found that instead of my guest account on global, I got a level 1 account instead..

Is this intended? should I wait a bit more? I already sent a ticket about this.
