Please remove bullet collision for water completely.
Being unable to hit someone who's swimming unless you hit the 1 pixel of their head that is apparently targetable in water is ridiculous and being unable to shoot the lower half of someone who's crouched in water or who's swimming just beneath the surface is also ridiculous.
What gameplay purpose does it serve?
When someone dives underwater in this game they already disappear, why do they need to become bullet proof as well? Water should be soft cover like bushes and grass where you're hard to see, but if you're spotted you're dead.
I don't see any reason for modelling realistic bullet ballistics and penetration for water in this game either, and it clearly can't remain the way it is now because it's just stupid. Advanced calculations to determine if a bullet should hit a player underwater and how much damage it should deal would just lead to bugs, glitches, frustration and a lot more stress on the servers. And the water in this game is just a couple of meters deep at most so if realism is the goal a lot of the guns in the game would be lethal at that depth anyway.
Just removing bullet collision from water altogether is such a simple, intuitive and straight forward fix to this annoying issue.
